These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trupinion, Trupinion.com, and related services operated by Trupinion, LLC (“Trupinion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  1. 1. Membership Eligibility

To register for and use Trupinion, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Only one account is permitted per person.

Only one account is permitted per email address.

Only one account is permitted per household.

Eligibility for certain offers, surveys, promotions, or third-party opportunities may vary by jurisdiction, partner requirements, or program terms. Trupinion reserves the right to limit or deny access to any opportunity based on those requirements. If Trupinion determines that multiple accounts are associated with the same person, email address, or household in violation of these Terms, Trupinion may suspend or terminate one or more related accounts and may reverse or withhold associated balances pending review.

  2. 2. Member Information

During or after registration, Trupinion may collect information including, but not limited to, your first and last name, mailing address, date of birth, phone number, email address, and other identifying or profile-related information.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information to Trupinion and to any third-party partner site you may access through Trupinion in connection with surveys, offers, trials, games, or other earning opportunities. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in suspension or termination of your account, disqualification from opportunities, reversal of credits, or forfeiture of balances where permitted under these Terms.

  1. 3. Account Security and Ownership

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, lending, or otherwise transferring access to your account is prohibited. Accounts, earnings, and balances may not be assigned or transferred to another person.

  2. 4. Emails and Other Communications

4.1 Transactional and Account Communications

By registering for Trupinion, you agree that we may send you transactional or account-related communications as necessary to operate your membership and the Website. These may include, for example:

You may not be able to opt out of certain transactional or account-related communications while maintaining an active account.

4.2 Marketing and Promotional Communications

Trupinion may also send you marketing, promotional, or opportunity-related communications, including emails about available surveys, offers, promotions, or new services. Where required by law, you may opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by otherwise following the instructions provided.

Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent Trupinion from sending you necessary transactional or account-related communications.

  2. 5. Earnings, Balances, and Confirmation

5.1 Confirmed and Pending Balances

Member earnings may appear as either pending or confirmed.

A confirmed balance means that Trupinion has been notified by the applicable third-party partner, or has otherwise determined in its own systems, that all requirements for completion have been satisfied by the member.

A pending balance means the activity has not yet been fully verified and is not eligible for payout.

5.2 Minimum Redemption Threshold

Once your confirmed balance reaches $50.00, you may request payment using one of the payment methods offered by Trupinion at that time.

Pending balances are not eligible for payment requests.

No more than $20.00 of any payment request may consist of Trupinion internal survey earnings.

5.3 Processing and Payment Methods

Trupinion will submit approved payment requests in good faith using the payment methods it makes available.

Trupinion does not guarantee processing times for payment providers, payment processors, financial platforms, or banks.

If a payment method is unavailable, fails, is rejected, is returned, or contains inaccurate payment information supplied by the member, Trupinion may delay, cancel, or require resubmission of the request until the issue is resolved.

5.4 Verification and Tax Reporting

Trupinion reserves the right to request additional information reasonably necessary to process payments, comply with applicable law, prevent fraud, verify identity, or complete tax reporting obligations.

If a member reaches a reporting threshold that requires tax documentation, including but not limited to a Form 1099 or similar reporting requirement, the member may be required to provide additional identifying or tax information before payment is processed.

5.5 Reversals and Offsets

Trupinion may reverse, withhold, deduct, or offset balances or payment requests where:

  2. 6. Third-Party Offers, Surveys, Trials, and Other Opportunities

Trupinion may provide access to surveys, offers, games, trials, marketing opportunities, or other activities operated by third parties.

These third-party opportunities are controlled by the third party offering them. Eligibility, tracking, completion requirements, verification, and payout approval are determined in whole or in part by the applicable third party. Trupinion does not guarantee that any member will:

Third-party opportunities may require additional steps, including but not limited to registration, trial participation, app installation, purchases, shipping fees, reduced trial charges, recurring subscriptions, or other obligations imposed by the third party. Members are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, fees, deadlines, cancellation requirements, and other conditions imposed by any third party.

Trupinion does not request billing information for participation on its own Website, but members acknowledge that third-party participation may involve charges or obligations imposed by the third party. You agree that Trupinion is not responsible for any third-party charge, overcharge, fee, subscription, cancellation issue, or related dispute.

  2. 7. Missing Credit and Support Requests

If you believe a survey, offer, game, trial, or other opportunity was not properly credited, you must contact Trupinion at support@trupinion.com within 14 days of the activity or the expected credit date, whichever is later.

Your support request should include enough information for Trupinion to identify the activity and review the claim, such as:

Trupinion may request additional information reasonably necessary to review the claim. Submission of supporting information does not guarantee credit, and Trupinion is not obligated to manually credit activity that cannot be verified through its own records or through partner reporting. Except where prohibited by law, Trupinion’s determination regarding missing-credit claims will be final.

  2. 8 .Membership Suspension, Termination, and Cancellation

Trupinion may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that:

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Trupinion or by using any account closure functionality we may make available.

8.3 Effect of Suspension or Termination

If Trupinion suspends or terminates an account due to fraud, abuse, material violation of these Terms, or compliance or security concerns, Trupinion may reverse or forfeit some or all balances associated with the account to the extent reasonably related to the issue.

If a member voluntarily closes an account, any unpaid balance will be handled under Trupinion’s payout rules and verification requirements then in effect, unless payment is prohibited due to fraud, compliance, legal, or security concerns.

  2. 9. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited:

Trupinion may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, terminate, reverse credits, withhold payments, or pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

Membership with Trupinion does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or independent contractor relationship between you and Trupinion. Your use of the Website does not entitle you to wages, benefits, or employment protections.

Trupinion may add, remove, suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue any feature, offer, survey, payment method, third-party partner integration, or other aspect of the Website at any time, with or without notice.

Trupinion does not guarantee that any offer, survey, or opportunity will remain available for any period of time, will be available to any specific member, or will be verified or credited.

Trupinion does not guarantee:

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. Trupinion does not own or control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, conduct, products, or services.

Your use of third-party sites and services is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and requirements.

Trupinion may maintain data you submit or that relates to your use of the Website for operational, support, security, fraud prevention, compliance, analytics, and service management purposes.

Although Trupinion may perform routine backups and operational safeguards, you acknowledge that no system is guaranteed to be free from loss, corruption, delay, or error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trupinion is not responsible for loss or corruption of data arising from your use of the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trupinion, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or similar damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, any third-party opportunity, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such

damages.

Trupinion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective as of the date posted or otherwise identified in the updated Terms. Trupinion will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes. Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
